GNELL Mission

Greater Northeast Little League is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide instruction, guidance and exemplary leadership, through the Little League program, to assist children in developing the qualities of citizenship, discipline, teamwork and physical well-being.  Espousing the virtues of character, courage, loyalty and selflessness, the Little League program is designed to develop superior citizens through participation in baseball, softball and community service.

Practice Schedules are On Line

The practice schedule is now on line and available on the main Schedule page. Just click Schedule above. Reminder to send a request each week by Friday to request a field for the next week. You may request a specific field however many folks are requesting fields that league games are being played on, these of course can not be honored.

Crush Tournament Teams

We are looking for players in ages 8-10 that may want to play on a tournament, sometimes called select, teams. These are very different from Little League teams in the cost structure and in playing time given to players. Basically you pay to play in each tournament you attend and the best 9 may play the entire game there is no minimum play rules. We will be conducting tryouts in early May for these teams. If you are interested send an email to crush@jshear.com If possible the Crush teams will be made up of players from GNELL and GNELL players do NOT pay any fee for simply being on the team, the only fees collected are for tournament entry and uniform costs.
